The City provides this online service to service land use planning, building, permitting and business licensing needs for the Somersworth community and its partners. The City does not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee as to the content, sequence, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any of the information provide herein. The user should not rely on the data provided herein without verifying its accuracy independently. The City explicitly disclaims any representations and warranties.
Customers using this online service may receive email notifications, upload plan documents, download public documents, and make payments online. Customers opting to use this online service will be deemed to have consented to receiving responsive notices from the City via email. Customers have sole responsibility to ensure the email address they provide to the City is their own, is accurate, is active, and that email communications generated to Customers from this online service are received and are not intercepted, diverted, or otherwise screened (e.g., to a spam or other filtering service). The City assumes no responsibility for Customer’s successful receipt of e-mail communications. To the extent issuance of any email communication to Customer constitutes a notice and/or administrative decision that may commence an appeal period, Customer agrees such appeal period may commence when the email is generated by this online service and sent to the Customer’s indicated email address. The customer may access this site or contact the City by telephone at any time to check request status.
Customer may opt-out of using this online service and continue engaging with the above stated tasks in person at the appropriate City facilities.

The data available here is updated in the normal course of business and may not always represent the most current information. In addition, some of the data contained herein may have been compiled from third-party sources and the accuracy of that information cannot be confirmed.
